Telehealth

We are excited to be offering telehealth as part of our service and to be delivering supports to families who may:
-
live remotely or interstate,
-
are unwell during their usual session time,
-
enjoy connecting online, or
-
prefer to access supports from the comfort of their own home.
Telehealth (also known as telepractice or teletherapy) is an evidence-based method of providing therapy services to those unable to attend sessions in-person or who simply prefer an online format.
We use a videoconferencing platform called Microsoft Teams to deliver therapy online from the comfort of your own home. All that is required is a good internet connection and a device such as a computer, laptop, or tablet/iPad with speakers, a camera, and a microphone.
Please get in touch if you would like to discuss our telehealth option further. More information about telepractice can be found on the Speech Pathology Australia website here.
